Our Story

TD Custom Framing Solutions has been providing construction and custom home building services to the Joliet community and surrounding Illinois areas since 1994. Owner Tom Ledwell is proud to come from a family of carpenters and has been framing since he was 14. After finding a love for home building at a young age, Tom has transitioned his passion into a successful business.

We specialize in custom homes, renovations, and home additions. Tom and Dan tackled some difficult projects for me, including, but not limited to: 1. a complex renovation in Naperville and the construction of a dormor on the front of a cape cod 2. Complete demolition and reconstruction of a 2 story deck/patio covering with a built in drainage system 3. Multiple deck rebuilds These guys are detail oriented and their skills are incredible. Would absolutely hire them again.
